What’s the asterisk for?
Do you use the shredded hashbrowns or the little squares...I think they call them O’brien potatoes?
First - throw in a can of diced green chilis to give your spuds a good kick. mm mm good.
Second - I can’t log in cuz it says my name can’t be found but I can’t register because it says my name is taken. I’m going to cry now.

The asterisk was for a bone-in versus boneless chop that I’ve fixed. Boneless is good. Bone in is better.
For the casserole, I used plain shredded potatoes. O’Brien potatoes would be great also, but it’d be just as easy to chop up your own peppers and maybe add some extra garlic or even grated sweet potatoes.
