I make something similar in a crock pot.  I serve it with rice and broccoli.  I’m definitely going to try these in the oven.  I’m really not much of a crock pot person aside from pot roast because it always seems everything gets so dried out

I am also a fan of the dark meat.  I much prefer thighs over breasts.  It’s so hard to keep them juicy.

rice would be good.  I’d probably double the amounts for the marinade so that it could soak into the rice though
