This site hates me.I’m logged in but it doesn’t recognize me on the comments page.  /cranky

Will the vanilla bean thing work in regular creamer? I don’t use sugar in my coffee.

Also, I freeze quart size bags of my chicken and beef stock for use in stew or soup.

Also, left over garlic bread. Cube and bake until dry for croutons. Keeps well in fridge or freezer.

I get the same thing.  I must have borked something in the install.  It’s like the site doesn’t recognise cookies or something.

Oh and the creamer?  It might but I can’t imagine how strong the flavour would be because the vanilla doesn’t have much time to hang out.

I’ll have to print that out.  I do some of those, but there’s some that I’d not thought of.

I’ve started bagging up any vegetables that look like they’re going south and toss ‘em in the freezer to use for vegetable stock or to jazz up canned broths

I also save and freeze the hunks of poultry fat I cut off before cooking so that I can render it down and use.
