That is a very attractive, colourful and appetizing looking dish. It’s really pretty. I’ll have to try it to see if it tastes as good as it looks.

It was surprisingly tasty and filling too. I’ve been thinking that it might be interesting to adapt with italian or moroccan type seasonings too.
