I do a similar thing with spinach.  Next time I’ll try the broccoli.

Yeah.  I think broccoli give it more texture especially since I took out so much fat from the ricotta and mozzarella.  Sliced zucchini or maybe finely chopped or shredded carrots would be tasty too.
